Salary: $250,000 - $300,000
Top global boutique firm seeks talented IP/Transactions Associates with a background in soft-IP for its growing team. This is a hybrid role but will consider remote for the right candidate. 1600 billable requirement.
What you bring:
  • 5-20 years of transactional IP law, including IP licensing, copyright, and trademark matters
  • Experience in IP licensing including technology, hardware, software, and name image likeness (NIL) licenses
  • Preference given for experience with trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and TTAB proceedings
  • Preference given for experience with copyright registration and disputes
  • Preference given for privacy law experience
  • Active license to practice law

What you will work on:
  • Handling transactional IP work including licensing, MSAs, and IP rights transfers
  • Managing/supporting trademark clearance, TTAB proceedings, and copyright/trademark claim letters
