We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to lead enterprise identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale security transformation programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving MFA implementation across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise MFA/Authentication programs.
Manage multiple workstreams involving Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate enterprise-wide MFA rollout, migration, and adoption initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful program execution.
Track dependencies, resolve issues, and provide regular executive-level status updates.
Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Drive vendor coordination and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
  • 15-20 years of IT experience with 8+ years as a Program Manager.
