The Opportunity:

At Brkthru, media is at the core of what we do. This internship gives you a hands-on look at how it all comes together. As a Media Intern, you’ll gain exposure to our Programmatic Media team, learning how digital media is planned, optimized, and executed across major platforms. This internship focuses on analyzing data and performance trends to uncover what drives campaign success. You won’t be designing creative assets, but your insights will help guide creative direction and ensure we’re continually optimizing for the strongest results.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with media team members to support campaign execution and quality assurance, reviewing campaign setups and ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the media team to execute optimizations and campaign adjustments.
  • Assist in organizing, structuring, and migrating legacy documentation into a standardized, markdown-friendly repository to optimize data retrieval for our RAG-based AI tools.
  • Support operations tasks such as CRM data onboarding, social media access management, reporting setup, and preparing pacing/performance notes for team calls.
  • Learn and work in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Beeswax, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Bing, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Collaborate on other ad hoc projects with the media team projects as needs arise.

What You’ll Gain:

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college or university program, ideally studying Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
  • Ability to dedicate 15-20 hours per week.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Based in Michigan during the course of your internship with the ability to report to the office at least once for your capstone presentation in December.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework or experience in analytics, statistics, or digital marketing.
  • Interest in media buying, digital advertising, or marketing technology.

This is a paid internship compensated at an hourly rate of 13.73 per hour. Interns may work up to 20 hours per week, with a typical schedule averaging 15–20 hours per week, depending on workload and individual availability.


This is a Fall 2026 Internship opportunity starting in September 2026 and ending in December 2026.
