  • Be an active participant on the team, helping team members to refine and deliver inspired original content. Assignments may include writing, editing, feedback gathering, and other communication elements.
  • Write meta-data, descriptions, SEO, and create thumbnails for content that simplifies the user experience.
  • Assist where needed with classes, speakers, exhibitors, and event marketing.
  • Effectively manage, organize and maintain our online content database through the workflow.
  • Kindly collaborate with teams across the department and help execute planned assets.
  • Help develop, publish and manage an event schedule that runs on-time.
  • Try, learn, pivot -- gather data, measure and analyze; identify key learnings, then try again using inspiration.
  • Learn and maintain our CMS (content management system).
  • Record and document the processes and best practices you acquire to help future interns be successful.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in academic courses or graduated with a bachelor's or post-graduate degree within the last year

  • Refined writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and approach experiences with fresh perspectives and ingenuity
  • High energy, commitment to the end goals and those we serve, and willingness to celebrate success.

  • Preference given to multilingual candidates or those with international experience.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate, influence and lead effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and hold a current temple recommend.
  • Ready to join a team that feels more like family than work; we have each other's backs, we jump in and help, we want to help each other succeed
