We're going to the Moon. Think you've got what it takes?
About the Role
At Advanced Space, we're enabling humanity's return to the Moon and building the technologies that will take us to Mars and beyond. We're looking for a Legal & Contracts Intern to support our Legal & Contracts Team while gaining hands-on experience with the agreements, regulations, and compliance processes that support real aerospace missions.
In this role, you'll assist with contract reviews, regulatory research, documentation management, and compliance activities supporting government and commercial space programs. You'll gain exposure to complex aerospace regulations, government contracting requirements, and contract lifecycle management while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you grow your skills.
This internship is ideal for a student interested in the intersection of law, contracts, business operations, and the aerospace industry. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while learning how contracts enable successful space missions.

Gain exposure to government contracting concepts, including FAR, DFARS, NASA requirements, subcontract terminology, and contract flow-down obligations.
Support risk management activities.
Assist with risk logs, tracking tools, and documentation while learning how technical, schedule, financial, and regulatory risks impact aerospace programs.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Work alongside Legal & Contracts professionals, Business Development, Finance, and technical teams while gaining insight into how contracts support mission success.
