Job Description Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Chandler, AZ - Irving, TX - Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 Months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $66/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role supports the execution of a strategic initiative to build a merchant services digital application, acting as both a product owner and senior business analyst. The position partners closely with product owners and technology teams to perform analysis, gather requirements, and design solutions that deliver strong customer and business outcomes. This position drives delivery through proactive task identification and execution, cross-functional collaboration, and support of business readiness activities for sales and operations teams.

Facilitate requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis to support solution design and implementation Collaborate with technology, sales, operations, risk, and design teams to achieve stakeholder alignment and manage expectations effectively Simplify complex product and risk rules into clear, customer-friendly digital flows while balancing regulatory/compliance requirements and technical feasibility Leverage AI tools (such as Copilot) along with strong project management and organizational skills to accelerate work and ensure on-time delivery of results Participate in daily stand-ups, work closely with the primary product owner, and proactively track and execute assigned tasks Identify use cases and support user acceptance testing and business readiness deliverables Create clear progress updates and presentations to communicate initiative status to stakeholders Apply end-to-end funnel understanding (prospect through onboarding) and integration awareness to improve digital application experiences Required Qualifications Proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis & modeling, feature creation, and acceptance criteria definition Strong stakeholder alignment, expectation management, and cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Design) Solid understanding of digital application flows, end-to-end funnels, APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architecture Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals, journey mapping, funnel optimization, and accessibility principles Understanding of risk identification, regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.), policy adherence, and documentation discipline Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter who can hit the ground running, proactively identify/track/execute tasks, and dig deeply into complex work Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights and support reporting Excellent facilitation, written, and oral communication skills, including experience creating clear presentations and updates Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (3 days on-site, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm local time) while maintaining strong attention to detail Merchant services or payments industry experience preferred Experience with product vision/strategy, roadmap planning, metrics/KPI definition, backlog ownership, and sprint planning a plus
