About the Role
Build a busy injectable practice in a supportive, team-based clinic! A growing 4Ever Young medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Colorado Springs is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN). You'll be a core clinical provider for injectables, delivering thoughtful treatment plans, safe outcomes, and a warm, educational patient experience.
This is a strong fit for a PA or NP or RN who genuinely enjoys aesthetics, values long-term patient relationships, and wants to grow inside a clinic with clear protocols and collaboration.
What You'll Do
  • Run consults end-to-end: assessment, education, treatment planning, and follow-up
  • Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers (plus other injectables within your training, licensure, and scope)
  • Document cleanly and consistently in the EMR, including standardized before/after photos
  • Collaborate with the aesthetics + wellness team to support rebooking, continuity of care, and coordinated plans
  • Participate in training and occasional patient education events or clinic content (optional and within guidelines)
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active Colorado NP, PA, or RN license in good standing
  • 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injectables experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers)
  • Comfort in a medical aesthetics / med spa / anti-aging setting with a strong injectables focus
  • Able to work full-time on-site in Colorado Springs within the clinic schedule (includes a later close midweek and Saturday appointments as needed)
  • Confident, warm bedside manner and clear patient communication
  • Team-first mindset: follows protocols and collaborates closely with the Medical Director
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with or comfort supporting longevity services and patient education across wellness offerings,
    including HRT, Peptides, IV therapy and PRP-based treatments.
  • Experience with performance expectations such as average ticket value, conversion, or retention.
  • Excited to grow with an established clinic and help build a strong local reputation.
