Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to manage the specialized billing cycle for our CardioCare+ and ONEai Health remote heart-health tracking program. This innovative initiative combines wearable smart devices, patient apps, and artificial intelligence to provide continuous cardiovascular monitoring between clinic visits.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience navigating Epic EHR and managing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) billing guidelines. You will ensure accurate reimbursement for continuous biometric surveillance, daily check-ins, and proactive clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Epic Claims Management: Utilize Epic EHR to prepare, scrub, and submit clean medical claims specifically for Remote Patient Monitoring
  • Time amp; Data Tracking Verification: Audit patient data logs from the integrated Epic/ONEai Health clinical dashboard to verify that cumulative monitoring time and biometric data transmissions meet monthly insurance compliance thresholds.
  • Device Eligibility amp; Enrollment Tracking: Confirm insurance pre-authorizations and eligibility within Epic and insurance websites for patients onboarding onto the CardioCare+ platform.
  • Denial Management amp; Appeals: Identify, track, and resolve claim denials or rejections in Epic related to RPM coding revisions, medical necessity, or documentation gaps.
