MarsSnackingFactory Innovation Internship Experience

As a MarsSnackingFactory Innovation Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

  • Product, process, and packaging development

  • Site Manufacturing and Engineering Teams

  • Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs.

  • Sensory

  • Work with a Line Manager who will serve as your day-to-day, on-site mentor to provide guidance throughout the experience.

  • Proactive, curious, and passionate with a strong drive for results, a hunger to learn and an eagerness to quickly build relationships across theorganizationenabling them to support our R&D day-to-day operations.

  • Enthusiastic aboutour iconic brands,research, innovation, andthe consumer products industry

  • Pursuing degrees in Chemical Engineering/Food Science, or other related engineering disciplines

  • Excited aboutleveragingdata to make decisions that drive efficiency

  • Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.

  • Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.

  • Eligible candidates willbe responsible forpersonal transportation to and from worksiteduringdurationof the internship program.
