We are seeking a Quality Receiving Technician who wants to use their experience and past quality knowledge to help grow our venture capital-backed business. Someone who has attention to detail, is a self-starter and problem solving skills would be a perfect fit. This position is located in our warehouse.

As a Quality Receiving Technician, some of your job duties will include:

  • Conduct inbound receipt inspection from the point of entry through transfer of product to Distribution Department
  • Inspect incoming product and compare packing lists against purchase orders
  • Complete incoming inspection paperwork and review Device History Records (DHR) and file
  • Report any issues found during the inspection to Quality leadership so actions can be taken to resolve, and support issue resolution as requested by Quality leadership
  • Properly account for the location and storage of incoming goods
  • Update the product inventory in the ERP system as products are received and added to inventory
  • Support Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) process in conjunction with Quality and Purchasing to facilitate returning rejected products to vendors and completing any paperwork, as necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities

To be successful as a Quality Receiving Technician, you will have the following experiences and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable business or scientific discipline preferred but High School Diploma or GED acceptable
  • Previous co-op, internship, and/or working experience preferred
  • Previous direct ERP experience preferred but not essential
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional drive, work ethic and initiative
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality who thrives on diversity and challenge in a role
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Stroke working knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
