Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM (Hours may vary based on weather and peak season needs)

What You'll Do:
  • Mix & Batch: Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals
  • Make It Right: Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you'll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.
  • Receive Ingredients: Unload railcars, barges, and trucks-keeping things moving efficiently.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Stay Compliant: Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.
