Norton Shores, MI, 1st Shift, $16.75 per hour

Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys working in a quiet, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient environment? We’re seeking an SMT Operator to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and inspecting high-quality electronic components for a growing manufacturer known for precision and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an SMT Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assembly Work: Perform basic assembly functions with circuit boards and wire harnesses.
  • Soldering & Rework: Complete hand soldering of components, touch-up on through-hole and surface mount boards, and perform rework or repair as needed.
  • Inspection: Inspect circuit boards, wire harnesses, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to adhere to company safety, quality, and performance standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
