About the Role

Were looking for afull-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst)to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.


Youll be the face of our businessguiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Dont worry if youre new to the industrywe providefull trainingto give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

  • Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
  • Evaluate jewellery and precious metals using our tools and training
