JOB SUMMARY
The Casino Services Representative delivers exceptional customer service to casino guests regarding Caesars Rewards. This role is responsible for handling financial transactions, promoting rewards programs, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Provide outstanding guest service and support Caesars Rewards program activities

Perform cashiering functions, including cashing checks, chips, coins, coupons, and issuing jackpots

Process and accurately record all financial transactions in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies

Promote Caesars Rewards products, including the rewards card, app, and related services

Operate systems such as CMS and WINet; perform data entry and maintain accurate account records

Assist guests with inquiries and provide program information at service counters

Maintain cash accountability within the cashier's cage according to internal controls and gaming commission requirements

Suggest service improvements

Handle guest issues professionally using problem-solving and service recovery skills

Maintain confidentiality and comply with Title 31 regulations
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

High school diploma or GED; 1-6 months of related experience preferred

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency and typing ability
