Training Course Developer / Instructor - Operational ELINT (OpELINT) Overview
We are seeking a Training Content Developer and Instructor specializing in Operational Electronic Intelligence (OpELINT). This role focuses on developing and delivering training on the analysis of intelligence derived from radar and jammer emissions; aircraft; spacecraft; missile command links and telemetry; automated beaconing; navigation systems; and tracking and control systems. Additional sources include radio-frequency characteristics associated with warfighting, security, criminal activity, and other mission areas. Responsibilities • Develop, update, and deliver OpELINT training courses, modules, and presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date subject matter expertise in OpELINT and related analytical methods.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop, refine, and present instructional materials.
• Solicit, evaluate, and incorporate student and stakeholder feedback to improve course content.
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and currency of all OpELINT training materials and supporting documentation.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats. Qualifications • 2+ years of technical teaching experience and/or curriculum development (military, academic, industry, or OJT).
• One of the following experience pathways: • Without a technical bachelor's degree: -8+ years of OpELINT experience within the last 15 years -Successful completion of SIGP2500 "Introduction to Operational PROFORMA Fusion" • With a technical bachelor's degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or similar): -8+ years of OpELINT experience within the last 15 years
• Experience in one or both of the following areas: -Python coding -Machine Learning • Strong communication and collaboration skills for developing and presenting training content. Clearance: Active TS/SCI + Polygraph Salary: $135,000 - $153,000 This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
