Job description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key supervisory role in delivering home-based behavioral services to a pediatric client population. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will guide assessment, intervention, and data-driven decision-making to support positive outcomes for children and their families. This role involves frequent travel to client homes, requiring adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise implementation of behavior intervention plans in home settings
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection
  • Analyze behavior data to inform treatment modifications
  • Provide training and support to families and direct care staff
  • Travel frequently to client homes for service delivery and supervision
  • Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in applied behavior analysis
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Proficient in behavior assessment, data collection, and analysis
