Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're looking to supplement an existing caseload or build a long-term clinical home, we offer flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive leadership team committed to your success. 
As a BCBA with KCAS, you'll have the opportunity to choose a caseload that aligns with your availability and professional goals while providing meaningful services to children, adolescents, and young adults across home, school, center, and community settings. 
Compensation:
$70-$85 per hour, based on experience 
Expected Hours:
Approximately 15–18 hours per week, with flexibility based on caseload availability and clinician preference. Interested in a full-time opportunity? We'd be happy to discuss additional opportunities available within the organization. 
What You'll Do
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze client data and make treatment decisions based on measurable progress
  • Provide parent training, caregiver support, and collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation 

Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Experience supervising direct-care staff preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
