In this role, you will lead a team of developers, business analysts, project managers, and solutions architects to design, build, and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations and significantly reduce manual effort.Reporting to the VP of Digital Transformation, this role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of automation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
