Detailed Job Description:
• 10+ years of experience in performance testing using various tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, etc.) and protocols; SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Lead end-to-end performance testing activities, including planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
• Prepare performance test plans, workload models, and test scenarios based on business requirements and simulate real-world load pattern
• Experience in performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability, and tuning.
• Possess a high-level understanding of development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality and efficiency in performance testing activities.
• Apply automation skills to streamline repeatable tasks in performance testing, such as test data creation, execution, and basic results analysis.
• Expertise in APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic) and monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database) during tests to analyze results.
