The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, tech-savvy junior or senior college student who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with Pitchbox leadership across a range of marketing disciplines, including AI-powered tools and workflows. We provide the tools, the training, and the mentorship. You bring the curiosity and hustle.

This internship offers a clear path to full-time employment after graduation for high-performing interns.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (design, copywriting, A/B testing, analytics)
  • Support on-page optimization, keyword research, and website improvements
  • Build and optimize lead nurture workflows (sequences, smart lists, automation)
  • Use AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline marketing workflows and content creation
  • Assist with content creation for blog posts, landing pages, and social media
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies (including AI)
Who You Are
  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in digital marketing, AI, and marketing technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eager to learn and open to feedback. No prior professional experience required
  • Familiarity with any of the following is a plus (but not required): HubSpot, Google Analytics, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), HTML/CSS basics, email marketing platforms

Location: Warminster, PA (626 Jacksonville Rd., Suite 105)

Compensation: Paid hourly + academic credit

Schedule: Flexible; approximately 15-25 hours per week during the semester
