Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Live-In House Manager to oversee daily operations at our Greenwood sober living home. The House Manager lives on-site and plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, stable environment where residents can focus on recovery, growth, and personal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Live on-site and serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
  • Maintain a safe, sober, and structured living environment.
  • Uphold and enforce house rules fairly and consistently.
  • Lead regular house meetings and promote a positive community culture.
  • Monitor resident compliance with curfews, chores, attendance, and program expectations.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Support admissions and discharges in coordination with leadership.
  • Address conflicts, emergencies, or crises promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a positive role model for recovery, accountability, and healthy boundaries.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of continuous sobriety required.
  • Experience in sober living, peer support, or recovery leadership preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to set and maintain healthy boundaries.
  • Valid driver's license (for resident transport).
