Job Description Job Description QC Lab Technician (Night Shift) - North Fort Worth, TX We are currently seeking a QC Lab Technician I to support quality control operations in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. This role operates on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) following a rotating 2‐2‐3 schedule , including weekends. This is a great opportunity for candidates with academic, internship, or entry‐level laboratory experience looking to grow their career in quality and food safety.

What You'll Do As a QC Lab Technician I, you will support product quality and safety through routine laboratory and production checks, including: Prepare samples and perform routine liquid analytical testing Conduct production line and packaging quality checks Perform scheduled inspections of line equipment Complete food safety and pre‐fill inspections Collect, retain, and test product samples Identify, document, and escalate non‐conforming products Accurately record test results and maintain quality documentation Assist with CO2 testing and delivery verification Participate in daily production and quality meetings What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field Laboratory experience through coursework, internships, or entry‐level roles Basic understanding of lab testing, documentation, and food safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures Willingness to work a rotating night‐shift schedule This is an urgent hiring need , and qualified candidates will be reviewed quickly.
