- Provide L1/L2 support for trade applications and related systems.
- Monitor application performance, system alerts, and job schedules to ensure availability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in release management, deployment activities, and change requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest preventive measures.
- Provide end-user support and respond to queries related to trade applications.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, and SLAs.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets/trade life cycle (preferred but can be learned on the job).
- Familiarity with SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Unix/Linux commands for log analysis and system monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment (shift-based if required).
