Location: AZ-Tucson-Proving Ground (On-Site Full Time)

Schedule: 1st shift; 9/80 schedule
Travel: 0-25% (Peoria, IL
Education Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (accredited curriculum) OR equivalent experience in test or development of control systems, vehicles, engines, or autonomy technologies
Internships accepted as job experience
Master s degree accepted (reduces required years of experience)
With a Bachelor s degree: 7 8 years
With a Master s degree: 5 years
Background in vehicle test or validation space
Experience working with heavy equipment or similar machinery

Computer literate (Windows operating system)
Troubleshooting issues in complex systems

Key Responsibilities
Creating and/or updating test and development plans for autonomous haul truck testing
Executing testing on autonomous drills
Analyzing test data
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issues for autonomous haul trucks
Thoroughly documenting and communicating issues found during testing
Writing test reports and giving recommendations based on testing experience
Hot, dry, dusty work environment (comparable to mining applications)
Remote building on proving grounds
Must be able and willing to frequently ascend and descend from machines while carrying a backpack (failure to do so is a disqualifier)
