What You'll Work On:

  • Supportscientific and IT-focused projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholdersand cross-functional team members toassess project requirements anddefinepriorities and milestones.

  • Gather, analyze, andtranslatescientific and operational requirements into product capabilities through creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner closely with product managers, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables are mission-aligned, scalable, and user-centered.

  • Contribute to tactical planning using tools like Jira and work closely withteam membersto keep projects on trackand resolve operational challenges.

  • Leverage your experiencewith synthesizing complex information to support creation of cleardocumentation,reports,andpresentations,as well asscientific and public health materials for project customers and users.

  • Proactively scan for process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to elevate team performance.

  • Take initiative to design and implement improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen coordination, and enhance project outcomes.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing biomedical or scientific data

  • 3+ years of experience with projectmanagement, including planning, executing, and reporting onprojects

  • 3+years of experiencepreparing and staffing briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools

  • Knowledge of commonpublic health, life sciences, orbioinformatics data platforms or analytical tools

  • Ability to leadclient and stakeholder discussions, ask the right questions, document clear requirements, and translate them into actionable implementation steps

  • Ability totranslate complex concepts intoplain languagefor non-technical audiencesand produce materials such asstandard operating procedures, job aids,and reports

  • Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Doctorate degree inaLife SciencesorPublic Healthfield

  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
