We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated students who are looking to get the most out of their internship experience. You must be eligible to receive college credit to participate in this internship, and be at least 18 years of age.
Are you a college student passionate about a career in news? WHAM is offering an exciting internship opportunity for students eager to gain hands-on experience in the news industry.
Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a college student
  • Journalism, Communications, or a related degree preferred
  • Interested in pursuing a career in news

The base hourly compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
