Job Duties/Responsibilities
School Psychologist
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Basic Skills Requirement (see https://teachinla.co/BSR for details). Master's or Higher degree from a regionally-accredited Institution of Higher Education. Hold or qualify for a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist.

Complete the application Provide relevant documents: Basic Skills Requirement Bachelor's degree transcripts Master's (or higher) degree transcripts Community/Junior College transcripts* Copy of credential* Copy of Internship eligibility letter (University Intern applicants only) Provide contact information for professional references, including current or most recent school-based or child-centered employment Selection Process Applicants may be selected for interview by Psychological Services based on District need Following the Psychological Services interview, applicants may be contacted by Human Resources (HR) with requests for outstanding documents or information.
Applicants who are deemed ELIGIBLE by HR will be placed on the appropriate eligibility list for a period of one calendar year. Eligibility status is neither an offer nor a guarantee of employment in LAUSD. Candidates who receive an offer from a regional office will be contacted with onboarding instructions. * if applicable
