As an Administrative Assistant Intern,you'llbe responsible forassistingmultiple projects where you will haveincreasinginteraction with our multi-disciplinary staff and clients. You will be part ofa strong teamof committed professionals.

The compensation range for this role is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9am until 2pm.

To thrive in this role,you'llbe comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, copying and scanning
  • Utilize and maintain on-site filing systems and off-site archived items
  • Update Sample Manager and Work Day systems with project information
  • Maintain neat and clean office environment
  • Monitor office supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Protect confidentiality of all sensitive information or situations
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Answer phones and connect caller to appropriate lab contact
  • Greet customers, answer or refer inquiries within the lab
  • Route correspondence and mail
  • Scan and save packing slips for items and materials received in lab
  • Keep printing equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures
  • Comply with Quality Assurance Program and other policies
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Lab Director
  • Ensure staff comply with Health and Safety Plan

  • Proficient with MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Google, and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Publisher, PowerPoint, PDF Software Package a plus
