Are you a skilled and experienced Lead Cabinet Installer?
Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to lead a team to deliver top-notch results. As the Lead Cabinet Installer, you will oversee kitchen cabinets' installation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Led and managed a team of cabinet installers to complete kitchen remodeling projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Install cabinets, including custom and prefabricated units, ensuring precise alignment, secure fastening, and professional finishes.
  • To execute project plans accurately, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout installation.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets Kitchen Tune-Up's standards and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation, making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.
