Job description

Junior Application Developer

Location: New Hampshire (On-Site) — Candidates local to the area strongly preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time

This is an on-site, in-office position based in New Hampshire. It is not remote or hybrid. We are prioritizing candidates who currently live in or near NH and can reliably commute to our office. Relocation assistance is not provided.

About the Role

This is a true entry-level position, split roughly evenly between application development and hands-on desktop/application support. We're looking for someone early in their career — 1-3 years of experience (including internships or academic projects) — who wants to grow into a developer role while building a strong foundation supporting real users and real systems.

This is not a senior or lead-level role. Candidates with extensive professional development experience or who are seeking a senior-level title/salary are not a fit for this position — we're specifically building a pipeline for junior talent to grow with us.

Our two core technologies are C# (.NET) and Angular. If you have hands-on experience with both, that's the strongest signal of fit for this role.

What You'll Do (50/50 Split)

Development (≈50%)

  • Write, test, and maintain internal business applications using C# / .NET and Angular
  • Build and support REST APIs and backend services
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities under guidance from senior team members
  • Support ongoing modernization of internal applications

Desktop & Application Support (≈50%)

  • Serve as a front-line resource for application-related support tickets
  • Troubleshoot desktop and application issues directly with end users, in person and remotely
  • Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation of recurring issues and resolutions

You should be equally comfortable sitting down to write code and walking over to a coworker's desk to fix a login issue.
