Job description

The Opportunity
The Euna Grants engineering team builds the software that helps organizations find, manage, and report on grant funding, and this role sits at the center of that work. As a Software Developer, you'll contribute to design, implementation, and testing across multiple product offerings in the Euna Grants suite, working alongside product and sales teams in a SAFe Agile environment where AI-assisted development is part of the everyday workflow. If you want to ship meaningful features, mentor peers, and grow your fluency with agentic coding tools inside a product that matters to real communities, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and test software applications across the Euna Grants product suite, owning the quality and correctness of code you ship whether hand-written or agent-produced
  • Support and troubleshoot existing software in production, escalating tooling or agent-output issues promptly
  • Present new code design and implementation patterns, as well as potential enhancements to the existing codebase, to peers as part of the code quality review process
  • Demo newly developed features to relevant stakeholders
  • Use AI and agentic coding tools to assist in the design, implementation, and testing of software applications
  • Mentor junior developers to build their understanding and ability in related technologies and methodologies
  • Contribute to technical documentation

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development, including ASP.NET MVC Framework and/or RESTful API/WebAPI in ASP.NET C#
  • 1+ years implementing AI solutions in business environments using agentic frameworks, with hands-on experience supporting RESTful APIs and tool integrations for LLM-based systems
  • 1+ years of software development experience focused on AI-integrated applications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end web development including HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout, TypeScript, and/or React
  • 1+ years supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment
  • Exposure to Claude-powered agents or similar LLM systems, including in a learning or non-production capacity
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how tools and connectors are used by agents

How we work
We're hybrid - three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side.

Eunafier Days
Twice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. We think recharging is part of doing good work - not a reward for it. Use it however you need.

Philanthropy Time
We give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community - and we make time for it.

Room to grow
Whether you're going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development - through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you're ready.
