Supply Chain Manager

Our client is an award-winning global manufacturing leader seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, inventory strategy, S&OP, and supply chain performance across multiple facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges, leading teams, and driving operational improvements. You'll partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to ensure products are delivered on time while optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost. Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Potential

What You'll Be Responsible For

Production Planning & S&OP

  • Lead production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Drive the monthly S&OP process and align production with customer demand
  • Balance inventory, capacity, labor, and material availability to meet business goals
  • Identify and resolve supply chain constraints before they impact customers

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Develop inventory strategies that improve service while reducing excess inventory
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material availability
  • Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements
  • Drive inventory optimization and cost-saving initiatives

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and develop production planning, inventory, and logistics teams
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
  • Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field

5+ years of experience in:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Production Planning
  • S&OP
  • Manufacturing Operations

APICS/CPIM/CSCP Certification

SAP experience

Multi-site manufacturing experience

Lean Manufacturing experience

Experience leading inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
