Become a Key Player as a Supply Chain Manager

You will lead site-level procurement and material processes to meet supply chain goals across quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. You will influence site, division, and group stakeholders as a member of the senior leadership team and manage a team of buyers plus warehouse/logistics functions. Work model: Onsite.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Set annual procurement targets, KPIs, and execution plans in coordination with site and functional leadership
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day procurement activities and inventory management (SIOP) to support manufacturing needs
  • Source new products and support new product introduction activities including sourcing, cost targeting, contracting, and risk management
  • Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and commercial relationships to meet business, risk, and working capital objectives
  • Design and implement supplier inventory programs and maintain system parameters to meet material flow requirements
  • Lead supplier development, performance management, scorecards, corrective actions, and supplier reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean techniques to improve inventory, supplier performance, total cost, and other KPIs
  • Manage staff selection, performance, development, retention, and training for procurement and logistics teams
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international government laws, regulations, and company policy
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree (required) in supply chain or related field; analytical degree preferred
  • 7–10 years of procurement experience with demonstrated operations procurement leadership
  • Experience with electronic material buying and procurement systems
  • Practical knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and procurement processes and practices
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and supplier inventory programs (e.g., kanban, consignment)
  • Strong negotiation, risk assessment, relationship building, and market analysis skills
  • Ability to assess key business metrics, drive change, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations
  • Must meet ITAR/EAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Ability and willingness to travel (domestic/international)

Pay Range
