Internship Intapp Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Work Type: Full Time, Hybrid, Direct Hire Salary: $42-48k/year Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict of interest searches and analyze results
• Assist with the opening and finalization of new client matters
• Collaborate with the New Business Intake team to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Support attorneys and staff with conflict-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm policies
• Manage high-volume workflows while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment (flexible; recent grads with applicable internships encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe is a plus
• Exposure to legal or financial systems such as Thomson Elite/Enterprise, 3E, or Intapp Open is a plus but not require

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
