Data Profiling & Analysis
  • Run basic data profiling on datasets to check for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Document findings and flag data quality issues to the team.
  • Help prepare simple data quality reports for stakeholder review.

Microsoft Purview
  • Learn and use Microsoft Purview to support day-to-day data governance activities.
  • Help register data assets and maintain entries in the data catalog.
  • Follow established governance processes and document steps as you go.

Business Terms & Data Rules
  • Work with business teams to understand how data is used in their day-to-day operations.
  • Help draft clear definitions for business terms and basic data rules based on profiling results.
  • Keep the business glossary updated and organized.

Data Standardization
  • Support efforts to standardize data formats, naming conventions, and values across systems.

    Education
  • Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or any related field.
    Skills & Knowledge
  • Understanding of Group Insurance data domains
