Job description

Call Box Velocity Consultant

Call Box exists to grow people. We believe that everyone wants to become a better version of themselves, and we work hard to provide software and a culture that maximizes that growth mindset. We hire smart and ambitious doers and set them loose in an exciting and complex technology business where they will build, sell, and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions in a dynamic business environment. Our solutions attack one of the biggest business problems in existence today: the phone.

Bold, curious, and growth-minded people create success wherever they end up, and we need as many of those folks as we can find! Our Velocity Consultants are the oil in the machine that allows our fast-paced company to continue to grow. Velocity Consultants must be resilient and tenacious as they are tasked with developing and enhancing relationships with clients to whom they communicate the value of our industry-leading artificial intelligence software.

This is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX. Team collaboration and in-person engagement are key, so the position requires a Monday–Friday in-office schedule.

What you'll do:

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption, and retention. Independently drive engagement and produce results for our clients
  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention, and growth.
  • Become an industry expert, advising clients on current trends and best practice objectives.
  • Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base.
  • Occasionally visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow.

Our ideal candidates:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree
  • Have a previous internship or relevant work experience managing customers or a portfolio of business
  • Demonstrate leadership within their organizations and communities
  • Excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Exhibit flexibility and innovative thinking
  • Show eagerness to develop and enhance strong communication and analytical skills
  • Possess a competitive nature and drive to tackle new challenges

What is in it for you:

  • Competitive salary package (immediate PTO)
  • Full medical and dental insurance plans
  • Fidelity 401k with company match options
  • Fun benefits include a monthly gym reimbursement, a monthly reading allowance, and a monthly wellness allowance
  • Clearly defined opportunities for career growth
  • Catered breakfast on Thursdays, Employee of the Month rewards, quarterly company events, weekly happy hours
  • Fun and collaborative work environment (work hard, play hard mentality)

Greatness is rewarded at Call Box. Whether entry-level or experienced, everyone has a drive to grow, learn, and improve. This is a job you will never find dull or stagnant because we are constantly presented with new challenges and depend on our people for innovative ideas. You will be rewarded by approaching each day with an entrepreneurial spirit and appetite for growth.
