What You’ll Be Doing (We don’t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)

In this Infrastructure focused Software Engineering role, you'll help develop, automate, and maintain system management infrastructure software and services supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, streamlining manual processes, and improving operational efficiency through automation. The candidate will work with technologies such as Linux CLI tools, Bash, Python, NetBox, HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak, Docker, Podman, containerd, Ansible, and container orchestration tools to support secure, scalable, and resilient HPC operations. This position offers the chance to contribute to advanced computing environments where performance, reliability, and automation are essential.

Required Skills
  • Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
  • Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes
  • Recent software development experience using Python
  • Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox
  • Experience with Secret Management tools such as HashiCorp Vault
  • Familiar with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Keycloak
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
  • Experience with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deployment
  • Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
  • Experience with Git Source Control System
