Job description

  • Perform residential property inspections for homeowners insurance underwriting and policy renewals
  • Capture high-quality exterior and property-condition photographs using mobile and digital imaging equipment
  • Document visible property conditions including roofing, siding, structures, liability hazards, maintenance concerns, and general curb appeal
  • Complete digital inspection reports and underwriting questionnaires accurately and efficiently in the field
  • Operate independently while managing assigned territories, scheduling, routing, and deadlines
  • Upload inspection data, photos, and survey findings through vendor and carrier platforms
  • Maintain attention to detail while adhering to insurance carrier guidelines and documentation standards
  • Assess observable risks that may affect policy eligibility, renewal status, or underwriting decisions
  • Maintain professionalism and homeowner confidentiality while working on occupied residential properties
