Job description

Position Summary

The Credit Repair Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, consulting with prospective clients, and enrolling qualified customers into credit repair and financial improvement programs. This role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain credit-related solutions clearly and ethically.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Educate potential clients on credit repair services and processes
  • Review basic credit report information with prospects
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into enrolled customers
  • Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and client records
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Sales
    • Customer service
    • Collections or financial services (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • Objection handling and negotiation ability
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
  • Basic understanding of credit reports and credit scores preferred
