We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including employee recognition and engagement programs, cultural initiatives, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Support employee recognition, engagement, and company culture initiatives
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee programs, events, and HR communications
  • Provide administrative support for HR compliance audits, including organizing documentation, reviewing records, and tracking findings
  • Assist with the administration of employee relations investigations, including organizing case documentation, preparing timelines, reviewing records, and maintaining confidential files
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, research, and data compilation as needed
  • Support other HR initiatives and departmental priorities as assigned
