Program Overview

The Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in developing a career in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Over a structured 1-6 month rotational program, trainees will gain hands-on experience across multiple functional areas within our distribution centers. Participants will work alongside experienced logistics professionals while developing operational, analytical, and leadership skills essential for a successful career in supply chain management.

Key ResponsibilitiesReturns & Reverse Logistics
  • Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect returned products for condition, quality, and compliance.
  • Sort, label, repackage, and disposition returned merchandise according to company procedures.
  • Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of return transactions.
Warehouse Operations
  • Assist with inbound receiving, unloading, and put-away activities.
  • Support inventory management and stock accuracy initiatives.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and operations teams.
  • Support daily operational reporting and performance tracking.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist supervisors with special projects and operational assignments.
Safety & Compliance

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)

  • Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple operational functions.
Preferred
  • Internship or prior experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.
  • Experience working with inventory management processes.
  • Bilingual abilities (English and Mandarin preferred but not required).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and distribution center environment.
