Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Intern to support our logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data entry, efficient shipment planning, and smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. 

This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (20 to 25+ hours) and on-site.

In This Role

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in logistics systems to support Operations
  • Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries with logistics partners  
  • Support projects focused on improving processes and reducing lead times
  • Manage administrative tasks related to documentation and internal reporting
  • Verify shipment documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
