Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking forData Scientist internsfor our growing team!

Whatyou'lldo here:

  • Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusionsandrecommendations.

  • Complete high-quality coding and leverage commonly used packages & libraries to perform assigned technical tasks assign other assigned technical tasks.

  • Gain experience working withvarious typesof data, including geomatics, telematics, textual data, and image data.

  • Technical skills: Python, NLP/LLM.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a field related to data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or any other related field.

  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for theWinter2027Termin hybrid mode(JanuarytoApril).

  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school innextSummer or Fall2027following your internship.

  • No Canadian work experiencerequired, butmust be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Previousinternshiporwork experience in data science, machine learning, or deep learning is an asset; experience in a financial services company is also an asset.

  • Strong curiosity, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology.

  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.

  • Self-reliant, witha strong senseof responsibility.
