Want a sales internship where results = real money?
This is a hands-on, paid sales internship with uncapped bonuses at a top-performing State Farm agency. You’ll work directly with customers, events, and leads — not busywork.
Perfect for students interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or owning a business someday.
Pay & Incentives:
  • $15/hour base pay.
  • Uncapped bonuses, including:
    • $10 for every lead that becomes a quoted household.
    • $20 for self-generated or personal-network quotes.
    • $5 for every event-generated lead that is quoted.
  • Top interns earn significantly more based on effort and results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Attend and help plan local marketing & community events.
  • Talk with people and collect insurance leads.
  • Call leads to start insurance quotes.
  • Contact existing customers for:
    • Additional lines of insurance.
    • Referrals.

High-performing interns may also:
  • Earn company-paid insurance licensing (performance-based).
  • Start auto insurance quotes.
  • Solicit applications for bank products through State Farm’s U.S. Bank partnership.

Schedule & Location:
  • Year-round internship.
  • Flexible hours.
    • Up to 25 hours/week (school year).
    • Up to 40 hours/week (summer, top performers).
  • In-office only.
  • Locations: Fishers or Muncie, IN.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Sales, business, marketing, or entrepreneurial-minded majors.

No insurance experience required — we train the right people.
Why Intern With Us:
  • Real sales experience (not shadowing).
  • Clear goals, coaching, and feedback.
  • Performance-based earning with no cap.
