Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership or other tax returns
  • Plan and research tax issues
  • Calculate tax extension or estimate payments
  • Participate in client meetings alongside partners and managers
  • Assist with development and supervision of staff accountants

Qualifications:
  • High-level analytical and reasoning skills
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines of our clients
  • Expert PC skills with strong proficiency MS Office suite and ability to learn new systems effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • 1+ years of public accounting experience required; 2-6 years of experience preferred
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
  • Current CPA designation
  • Previous experience or internships in a public accounting firm performing audit or tax work is a plus
  • U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status is required
