In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Data Engineer at IBM, you'll help organizations transform data into actionable insights that improve decision‑making, accelerate innovation, and solve complex business challenges.
As part of our Data Services practice, you'll support the design, integration, movement, and management of data across enterprise environments. No two projects are exactly alike—you could support healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing clients.
Work alongside experienced consultants, data engineers, cloud specialists, and business professionals to help clients modernize their data ecosystems. Through mentorship, certifications, structured learning, and real client project experience, you'll develop the technical and consulting skills needed to grow your career in data engineering.
