  • Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas and accelerate implementation.
  • Support and enhance existing applications and business systems.

Data & Integration

  • Write and maintain SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop Python-based utilities, scripts, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Integrate internal and third-party systems through APIs, web services, and automation platforms.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
  • Improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational visibility.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI platforms and modern development tools to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, eliminate redundant work, and simplify operations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical business applications.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Continuously expand technical knowledge through self-directed learning and experimentation.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional applications, reports, and automation workflows.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Maintain documentation for applications, integrations, databases, and workflows.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational standards.

QualificationsRequired

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience developing technical projects, applications, dashboards, automations, or software solutions.

What You'll Gain

  • Opportunities to work with modern technologies, AI tools, automation platforms, and software development frameworks.
  • Exposure to business operations and strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
  • A collaborative environment that values innovation, initiative, and continuous learning.
