Job description

Role Overview:
The Integration Lead will be responsible for real-time and file-based integrations using IBM ACE and SEEBURGER. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical specifications, develop, test, and deploy solutions. The lead will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth releases, and potentially leading a team of production support executives and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owner, Enterprise Architect, and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Work with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other technical resources, owning individual deliverables and meeting development commitments.
  • Solution user stories from high-level solution designs by defining technical specifications (Jira activities) and executing them.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver assigned user stories and features.
  • Ensure conflict-free, smooth releases with appropriate test coverage.
  • Help to resolve and mitigate issues and risks as they arise.
  • Lead a team of production support executives and developers, assisting them in troubleshooting existing production system issues and developing new integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams.

Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in real-time and file-based integrations using IBM ACE, SEEBURGER.
  • Ability to understand user stories and acceptance criteria to define technical specifications from high-level solution designs, develop, test, and deploy code to lower environments.
  • Experience with business process definition and coding standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues and helping teams resolve them.
  • Understanding of working with JIRA to create and update stories.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Utilities domain.
  • Experience with production support.
