Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic students with a passion to learn and contribute for our marketing internship program. This internship will support the marketing department, working directly with the Creative Director and other marketing team leads to develop and adhere to project timelines. This internship will help you acquire hands-on experience and skills and provide you with exposure to both strategy and execution aspects of the work here at Desert Financial. You will gain broad experience within marketing, as well as, the financial services industry, which will prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

 

What you will do here: 

  • Assist marketing team with projects (research, data, process, etc.) with daily operational responsibilities aligned to the marketing team goals.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including coordination of project plans, marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media direct mail and web).
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns and working in the project management tool, Workfront.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, including assisting with reporting and analyzing date from different sources and platforms.
  • Provide feedback and ideas on special projects/campaigns.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
