We are currently offering a Summer Internship (paid) in our Maintenance Department for Summer 2026. Candidates must be 18 years old due to the nature of the position. This position is for students in High School or Technical School and looking for an opportunity to get hands-on experience with industrial machine maintenance.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Intern will support Agrati’s Maintenance Department by assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities, equipment reliability efforts, and maintenance improvement projects. This internship provides practical exposure to industrial maintenance operations while working closely with experienced maintenance technicians and engineers.

The intern will gain firsthand experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance planning, safety practices, and reliability-focused initiatives that support manufacturing uptime and performance.


Key Responsibilities

? Assist maintenance team members with preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment.

? Support equipment troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and basic repair tasks under supervision.

? Help document maintenance procedures, work instructions, and equipment history.

? Assist with maintenance scheduling, PM compliance tracking, and work order follow-up.

? Support spare parts organization, inventory accuracy, and tool management activities.

? Participate in safety observations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department.

? Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams as needed to support plant performance.


Qualifications

? Currently pursuing a degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

? Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.

? Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures at all times.

? Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset.

? Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.


Preferred Skills

? Exposure to preventive maintenance programs, TPM, or reliability concepts.

? Familiarity with industrial equipment, tools, or maintenance software (CMMS).
